Can I Get a Refund?Updated a month ago

Our website is run on the Shopify system, which will charge your card immediately after purchase even if the shipping happens later. This is to reserve your place on the Pre-Order list. All parts of your order that are in-stock will ship immediately. 

Bijou will accept returns for any reason within 45 days of shipping. Please contact us at [email protected], and we will arrange to send you prepaid FedEx return labels.
Bijou will refund you the cost of your order minus a 20% restocking fee and return shipping.
Your refund will be issued within 2-3 business days of receiving the return.
Wood ordered through Bijou is not eligible for return.
