Can You Attach The Rope Bridge To A Different Structure?Updated 7 months ago
If you don't have room for a second Bijou Mainstay in your yard, you may consider attaching the other end of your rope bridge to a deck post, corner fence post, or tree.
We’ve attached the rope bridge, like a strong and healthy tree, to various things. Since the bridge opening depends on the width of the tree, you may need to put a 2x4" behind the tree. We have this option in the instructions.
Since the bridge is suspended in the air, it requires a lot of strength. It will need a firm post if you’re not attaching it to a tree.
Each end of the rambler rope bridge has four adjustable-length ropes with loops and carabineers. Ensure the anchor point you attach to is strong enough to handle the weight.
